Facebook Marketplace for car dealers
Your whole lot on Marketplace. Every buyer answered in minutes, every visit booked.
DlrPilot builds a listing for every car on your lot — from your website or a CSV out of your DMS — posts them from your salespeople's own Facebook accounts at a human pace, answers new buyers within a few minutes during the reply hours you set, and puts the appointment on the calendar. Then it runs the follow-up so nobody slips.
An illustration of the dashboard, not a screenshot — the store, the buyer and the numbers are made up. Ask for a live walkthrough and we will show you the real thing.
Live in an afternoon, not a project
Three steps, one afternoon. Nothing to type into Facebook, no password to hand over.
Sign up with your website, or a CSV
DlrPilot pulls your inventory (photos, prices, miles, options, VIN) in minutes and writes the Marketplace listing for every car. Not on a platform we read yet? Export a CSV from your DMS and drop it in — same result. You pick what goes up.
Each salesperson installs the DlrPilot extension
We send the extension and a three-minute setup, or we do it with them on a screen share. It is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, so it is added by hand in Chrome — which also means a store-managed Chrome may need IT to allow it. Their Facebook login stays theirs; DlrPilot never sees it.
Cars post, buyers get answered, visits get booked
Listings go out at a human pace from each salesperson's own account, in a Chrome window on their computer. Buyers get a real answer in a few minutes and two concrete times to come in. Sold cars come down by themselves.
What it does, all day
Everything a dealership needs to run Marketplace like a real channel, in one place your salespeople will actually open.
Posting at a pace a real person keeps
From each salesperson's own Facebook, a few cars a day with natural gaps, inside the posting hours you set.
- Listing text written per car; your disclosure and contact line
- Cars already on Facebook are recognised, never double-posted
- Price changes edited in place; sold cars removed; old listings refreshed
An assistant that books appointments
Built in. It reads every question in a message and answers each one, then works toward a visit with two concrete times.
- Knows the car: price, miles, options, Carfax, one-owner, MPG
- Knows your store: the hours, address, financing, trade-in and policy answers you enter on day one
- Out-the-door requests ask for the ZIP and go to the salesperson
- Hands off to a person the moment it should
A CRM your floor will use
Every buyer becomes a lead with the whole conversation. Buyers who wrote before you started come in too, in one import on the day a salesperson connects, for the cars still in stock.
- Work plan per salesperson: who is waiting, who to call, who to confirm
- Day-before confirmations, no-show follow-ups, check-ins that stop when they should
- Notes, quick replies, appointment calendar, leaderboard and close rates
- On their phone too: add it to the Home Screen and get an alert the moment a buyer needs them
Managers see the whole floor
Salespeople see their own leads and nothing else. Managers see everyone, set the pace, and turn the assistant on or off per person.
Marketplace insights
Views and saves per listing, straight off Facebook, so you know which cars are being looked at and which need a new photo or a price move.
Nothing to sign up for or plug in
No API keys, no outside AI accounts, no Facebook password. Your data stays in your dealership's own space on our servers.
- DlrPilot works through a Chrome window on each salesperson's computer: leave it open and signed in to Facebook and it stays out of the way
- When that computer is off or Chrome is closed, their cars do not post and their buyers wait until it is back on — stores that want evenings covered keep one always-on computer in the office

Straight answers
No, never. Each salesperson stays logged in to Facebook in their own Chrome, as they already are. The DlrPilot extension works through that session and nothing else. A password box for Facebook does not exist anywhere in DlrPilot.
Facebook's terms restrict automation and accounts that post in bursts can be restricted. DlrPilot posts from real accounts at a deliberately human pace (a handful a day, natural gaps, posting hours), spreads the volume across your salespeople, and never runs from a data center. Use it as the tool it is: your accounts, your responsibility, our pacing.
DealerOn sites are read automatically today (inventory, photos, options, hours). On any other platform, export a CSV from your DMS or inventory tool — vAuto, DealerCenter, Frazer, HomeNet, CDK, Tekion, a CarGurus or Cars.com feed, or a plain spreadsheet — and DlrPilot reads it exactly the same way. We add website adapters on request; send us your site and we will tell you straight whether it reads today.
On DlrPilot's servers, in a space that belongs to your dealership alone. Salespeople see only their own leads. Your leads and conversations are yours: ask and we send you every lead and message as a spreadsheet within 5 business days and delete your space within 30 days. The terms spell out exactly how.
One Chrome extension, on the computer they already use. It is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, so we send you the extension with a three-minute setup or walk each person through it on a screen share. If your Chrome is managed by an IT vendor or a Chrome Enterprise policy, they may have to allow it first — worth asking before you start the trial.
Yes. Everything happens in a Chrome window on a salesperson's own computer, signed in to their own Facebook. That window can sit minimized behind their work all day. When their computer is off, their cars stop posting and their buyers wait until it is back on — so stores that want evenings and weekends covered keep one always-on computer in the office running the accounts they care about.
No. It runs inside DlrPilot on your inventory and your policies, so it never invents a price or a feature and there is nothing to sign up for or pay separately.
The assistant steps back the moment a person writes in a conversation, on Facebook or from their phone, and the lead shows under Needs you. They can hand it back with one click.
